The
North American ELF Press Office is
a legal news service representing the earth liberation movement
in North America.
Originally
founded in the year 2000, the NAELFPO exists to report on the
covert actions taken by the Earth Liberation Front and other
groups and individuals in defense of the environment.
What
we do:
• receive
anonymous communiques from those taking direct action in defense
of the earth
• disseminate
the ideology, history, and communiques of the earth liberation
movement to the news media and public
What
we don't:
• know
the identities of those underground who are committing actions
in defense of the earth, including members of the Earth Liberation
Front
• engage
in illegal activities
• cooperate
with any branch of law enforcement investigating earth liberation
actions or those who commit them
For
the last decade, the NAELFPO, and it's press officers have
conducted hundreds of interviews with the news media and appeared
publicly at dozens of universities and forums to assist in
allowing the public to understand the motives and necessity
of the earth liberation movement.

will continue to operate in defense of the planet and life.

by veteran activists to assist in inspiring, informing, publicizing
and challenging the earth liberation movement to transform itself

Earth Liberation Front and other groups, contains movement security

From the communique,
Dedicated like wild wolves who have left
their dens under the full moon, we placed an incendiary
device in one of the trucks, a small flame ignited the
engine and burnt the truck.
We dedicate this action to the fierce defense
that is carried out in the Amazon in Peru; the peasants
killed by the anthropocentrist state have been avenged
by their natural instinct to defend the wilderness, killing,
kidnapping and also injuring the police.

Following the Australian government's refusal
to act on reducing climate emission while paying into the
hands of the country's largest polluters, the E.L.F paid
a visit to the home of the CEO of the dirtiest Coal Power
Station in the Industrialized World, Hazelwood Power Station,
in Melbourne, Australia.
The irreplaceable and precious eco-systems
of this Earth are worth much more than your manicured lawn,
expensive car and opulent suburban house. Your property
will not remain safe so long as Hazelwood continues to
pollute at such an inexcusable level, swallow millions
of litres of fresh water every hour and cough out hydrochloric
and nitrogen acids in return.

Environmentalists Oppose Obama's National Fuel
Standards for 2016; Claim New Limitations Will
Not Do Enough to Curb Global Warming
Washington, D.C.: In response to the National
Fuel Standards released by President Obama today, the North
American Earth Liberation Front Press Office (NAELFPO) called
on the President, members of Congress and the Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA) to take further significant action
to eliminate the harmful emissions caused by passenger vehicles
and trucks...
"Global warming is threatening life on
earth and the lip service given to environmental protection
by the U.S. government will only serve to push more people
to take direct action in defense of the planet," stated
NAELFPO spokesperson Lisa Nesbitt.

"We know that the disgusting Carlos
Slim is collaborating with the state to spy on telephone
conversations of different activists, that he is an accomplice
of the government intercepting emails from different people
who the authorities consider dangerous so that they will
be arrested and even more to criminalize any struggle in
Mexico; that is why Telmex is being fought through economic
sabotage and this will continue. For that same reason we
have easily sabotaged 30 phones; the actions are increasing.
